Advising and Testing

In order to find your exam, please scroll down to and click on the appropriate groupings (which are outlined in a gray bar) until you see your exam. Click on the exam to begin the registration process.

A current picture identification(ID) is required for all examinees regardless of age who wish to test at the Advising and Testing Center (No Exceptions).  All identifications must be unexpired and an original document.  Click here for a list of acceptable and unacceptable ID's.

Remote Accuplacer tests are available to testers who live outside the Anchorage area and are unable to physically test at the Advising and Testing Center. We require all testing to be done in a proctored setting and have created two options:

Option 1 (ACCUPLACER REMOTE)  allows students to take the test with a proctor in their location at an educational institution or military facility.

Option 2 (ACCUPLACER REMOTE ONLINE)  is a secure online proctoring service that allows students to take their exams at a time that is convenient for them, and in the comfort of their own home or designated location.  This type of proctoring can be utilized anytime/anywhere 24 hours a day and 7 days of the week.  Once you complete the registration process you will be sent a voucher number  and a link with instructions on how to take the test.  Please note there is an additional $25.00 fee for the virtual proctor.
