Alternate Testing Dates/ Times

If your exam does not fall on one of the available testing dates or if you cannot make one of the appointment times, you may contact Ms. Janice LeCroy, Test Administrator for the Dothan Campus, at 334-983-6556 ext. 21286 or jslecroy@troy.edu to see if there are other unlisted testing dates/ times available.

Also, if one of the designated testing dates is full, please contact Ms. Janice Lecroy to see if she can add you to the schedule.  There may be extra seats available on some testing dates.

STUDENTS TAKING TROY COURSE EXAMS
For those of you who are unable to test at our location due to our limited seating, we recommend that you use ProctorU, via webcam, to take your proctored exam.  ProctorU provides a virtual online solution for taking your proctored exam.  In order to use this service, you must have (1) a computer, (2) a webcam (internal or external), (3) a stable internet connection, (4) a distraction- free area in which to test, and (5) $25 for proctoring fee.  ProctorU provides proctoring services 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week and is an option for the vast majority of proctored exams at Troy University.  More information about ProctorU can be found at https://www.proctoru.com. If you decide to use this option, please resubmit your online proctor form at https://hermes.troy.edu/forms/eProctorForm.aspx and select “ProctorU” as your proctoring method.  You will then receive an email in your TROY email account with instructions on how to schedule an appointment to test. 

If you are unable to use ProctorU or locate a testing center that is available for testing, please contact our Testing Staff for information on how to proceed.

In order to schedule an appointment for your exam, please choose the testing date/ time from the available appointments listed on the calendar.  If there is not a time slots listed for the date you wish to test, this means that all seats have been reserved for that particular date/ time and no more appointments are available.
