Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

In order to ensure we have the necessary seats available, all changes to test appointments must be made at least 24 hours before your original test date and time. 

Test fees are non-refundable.  You will not receive a reimbursement for canceling a test once it is scheduled, but you can change your test date and/or time as long as you make changes at least 24 hours before the ORIGINAL TEST DATE AND TIME.
