Professors can enter their professor portal through the link:
Once in the professor portal, you will be on a page with the heading STUDENTS.
This is the page where you can set the date range and see submissions/exams that you have already added that have students registered for those exams.
You will be able to see the status of the student (no show, testing) and see what date they are scheduled. This is a great way to see what the status is of all your students taking the exam in the testing center.
You can also add submissions from this page (click on submissions in the top right of the page). You can edit your profile as needed as well as other options that probably do not apply to you at this time.
Instructions for ADDING a submission are available in these tabs. One is a video (with the asterisk) and one is a 1-2-3 step-by-step process of how to add a submission.
Instructions for EDITING a submission is also listed as a video or 1-2-3 instructions.
NOTE: If you delete a submission, it deletes it from the testing centers ability to see it as well. It does not delete the exam if the exam has been made live for students to register
Deleting is not a good idea. Just let the testing center clear out your portal on their time schedule.
