All testing charges below will include a one-time annual fee of $7 to PrepBlast which will be linked to your email address.  

Use the same email each time you register to pay the $7.00 once annually.  You will see the fee breakdown in your cart prior to accepting the charges. Waivers must use "Testing@Louisville.edu" as their email address. 

Rescheduling: 

You may reschedule an exam twice (original date, reschedule date and once again).  After the 3rd missed appointment, you will be required to register and pay for a new appointment. Accuplacer Teams appointments can only be rescheduled by calling 502-852-6606.
