Trouble Scheduling?

If you are getting an error or are having trouble scheduling your appointment, try the "fixes" listed below in order before contacting the Testing Center directly.  For further assistance, you may contact the Testing Center by email at testing@cv.edu (preferred), or by phone at 334-291-4941 or 4942 (please leave a message).  Thank you.

1. Make sure your browser is acceptable:  Make sure your browser is a current version of a modern browser. Some common browsers include Google Chrome,  Mozilla Firefox,  Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Opera. 

2. Delete your cookies and refresh your browser

3. Clear your cache and refresh your browser

4. Try to register on another device
