How to Reschedule Your Exam

OLE MISS ONLINE STUDENTS: If you do not show up for your exam or reschedule your appointment at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be closed and the online appointment system will not allow you to reschedule without paying a $20 makeup exam fee.

ALL OTHER TESTERS: If you do not show up for your exam or reschedule your appointment at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be closed and the online appointment system will not allow you to reschedule without a fee.

**Makeup  and Late Registration Fee Policy for Distance Education Testing Lab

The testing lab will charge a 20-dollar fee for students who “no-show” for an appointment, then reschedule. This policy also applies to students who are testing outside of the exam window (and have been approved by the instructor).

The testing lab charges a $20 late registration fee if an exam is not scheduled by Friday at 5 pm the week before midterms and finals.

 

How to Reschedule Your Exam

  1. Click the My Account/ My Exams/ My History tab at the top of this page.
  2. Enter the email address you used to initially schedule your exam.
  3. Click the Continue button underneath the email field.
  4. In a few minutes, you'll receive an email link which is valid for 90 minutes.
  5. Click the link from the email received.
  6. A new window will open with your registration history.
  7. Click the Reschedule link.
  8. A calendar will appear with the available dates for rescheduling purposes.
  9. Click the date and time to reschedule.
  10. After you have completed the step above, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the new test date.
