How to Schedule

  1. From the What kind of exam are you scheduling? dropdown menu, choose the test type you are trying to schedule.
     
  2. Continue to choose the correct option from any remaining dropdown menus. This process narrows down your test selections.
     
  3. When Choose an Exam appears, select your precise exam.
     
  4. Click the Select a Date For Your Exam field to choose an available testing date from the calendar.
     
  5. Click the Choose a Time field to select an available testing time.
     
  6. Provide the first name, last name, and email for the person who will be taking the test. If the test-taker is a Polk State College student, please provide the student's MyPolk email.
     
  7. Read the Exam Guideline Acknowledgement in the scroll box.
     
  8. Check the box under the scroll box to acknowledge the guidelines.
     
  9. Provide a phone number where the test-taker can b.
     
  10. Click Add to Cart.
     
  11. If you need to add another exam, click Add Another Exam and repeat the previous process.
     
  12. If payment is not required, click Ready to check out
     
  13. If payment is required, complete the credit card fields and click Purchase Exams.
     
  14. If you have completed all necessary registrations, click Complete Registration.
     
  15. Once you have clicked Complete Registration, your confirmation email will appear on the screen, you may print a copy for your records.
     
  16. Upon a successful transaction you will receive an immediate email confirmation receipt. You must have this receipt with you at the time of testing.
     
  17. Print your receipt.
