How To Cancel Your Exam

Appointment Cancellations:

• Appointment cancellations can be done no later than 48 hours prior to your exam appointment time. Only appointment that are more than 48 hours in the future will have a Cancel link.
• To cancel a previously scheduled appointment that is MORE THAN 48 HOURS in the future, click the "View complete history" link at the top right. Click the "CANCEL" link beside desired exam and follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation.
• To cancel a previously scheduled appointment that is LESS THAN 48 HOURS in the future, send an email with a detail message to InfoTestingCenter@utdallas.edu or call 972-883-2460.
