How To Cancel

NOTE: If you PAID for your exam or proctoring fee through RegisterBlast, please contact the Testing Center directly to cancel your Exam Registration.

 

How to Cancel Accuplacer or Proctored Exams

  1. Click the icon in the top right corner of the page, then click the My History tab.
  2. Enter the email address you used to originally schedule your exam.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. You will receive an email from support@registerblast.com.
  5. Click the link inside the email.
  6. My Exam History page will open. Find your exam and click the Cancel link.
  7. Click "Yes, cancel my registration" if you are sure you want to cancel or "Keep current registration" if you do not want to cancel your exam.

How to Cancel All Other Exams (Current Students)

  1. Click the icon in the top right corner of the page, then click the Sign In tab.
  2. Sign in using your TCTC email and password
  3. Click the icon in the top right corner of the page again (should be your initials), then click the History tab.
  4. A new page will open with your registration history. Find your exam and click the Cancel link.
  5. Click "Yes, cancel my registration" if you are sure you want to cancel or "Keep current registration" if you do not want to cancel your exam.
