Testing Center Cancellation Procedure
To help us serve all students effectively and maintain a smooth testing schedule, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled test time.
- If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance, it will be considered a late cancellation, and you may be subject to the loss of any prepaid testing fees.
- To cancel your appointment, please use our online scheduling system, email us at testing@tctc.edu , or call 864-646-1300.
- If you miss your appointment without proper notice, it may be considered a no-show, which may affect your ability to reschedule in the future.
- You may reschedule your appointment without the loss of fees.
- In case of emergencies (e.g., medical issues, family emergencies), you may be asked to clarify the emergency so we may make a determination if a refund of your fees are applicable.
