Refund Procedure

Testing Center Refund Procedure

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling process. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled test time.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment or missed appointments (no-shows) are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Emergency Exceptions: If you are unable to attend due to a verifiable emergency (e.g., medical issue, family emergency), you may request a refund by submitting appropriate request. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
